2. นำมือเหนือไหล่ไปทางด้านหลังเพื่อจับและค่อยๆเดินมือไปที่เท้าหรือนิ้วเท้า

3. เปิดหน้าอกของคุณและโค้งหลังและลดลงเล็กน้อย

4. ใช้สายรัดถ้ามือไม่สามารถเข้าถึงเท้า

5. รักษาความมั่นคงของร่างกายและรักษาน้ำหนักให้อยู่ตรงกลางเพื่อความสมดุล

Yoga pose. (Preparation)

1. bend the back knee and bring the heel towards the back.

2. Bring the hands over the shoulders towards the back to catch and slowly walk your hands to the foot or toes.

3. Open your chest and  Arch the back and drop the head slightly.

4. Use a strap if the hands cannot reach the foot.

5. Stabilize the body and keep the weight in the center line for balance.
