I understand how difficult it can be as a foreigner traveling in Thailand to try and find people who speak English, not to mention a yoga teacher! Fortunately, I’ve been teaching yoga in English in Bangkok for a while now and have worked with people from all over the place. I’ve had students from Australia, Britain, Europe, and even the United States! Now I’m not saying my English is good enough to talk about really complex topics but then it comes to Yoga, my years of experience and countless hours of training seem to come out crystal clear for my clients.
This is easy because when I teach a private yoga in English lesson I prefer to be pretty hands-on, especially for newer beginner-level yoga students who may need help balancing and learning new moves. Regardless of your experience, fitness level or age, I can help you elevate your yoga game and become a happier healthier person in the process.

With my hands-on custom style, you will get a fully personalized experience catering to your needs and skill level. Private Group Yoga
I also offer Private group yoga classes that are designed to fit the needs of the group attending. These classes are 60 minutes unless you request longer or shorter durations and can be held in an environment of your choice. Private group yoga classes are ideal for friends, workgroups, bachelorette parties, teen groups, kids yoga, family fun, and more.
Why is Yoga Important to Me?
What I enjoy the most about yoga are my students and other yoga friends. When I do it is not only for the selfish desire to be more fit or to relieve stress but also to make new friends. You can travel the world and make a connection with others instantly by finding a place to practice. I am passionate about practicing and often wake up very early so I can go through some series on my own every morning.
I also like to continue learning and testing myself by doing Ashtanga at some of my favorite studios like AYBKK or Ashtanga Bangkok. It’s is important because it combines important positive physical and philosophical ideas that benefit our mind, body, and soul for a better life.

With all the things life can throw at us I’ve always found yoga to be the one place I can find a sense of calm. As you face tough realities or anything else we all deal with on any given day, it’s an excellent way to help you regain focus and your mind.
